Become a Vendor
Spaces are limited and will be given on a first come first serve basis.
Cost of Event:
The following cost is to help pay for the rental of the facilities, the advertising of the event, & the labor of planning this event. You will also receive One Coffee on Saturday Morning from The Coffee Shop, included in your vendor fee.
8' x 6' Space - $40 for both Friday & Saturday
If you want a second booth, it will be an additional $25.
Vendor Information:
Space is limited. Our goal is to be able to fit everyone's needs but unfortunately with the space we have, we will have to set the amount of space each vendor will have.
There is limited electricity available and you must provide your own extension cords. Please note on your application if electricity is needed.
No Refunds for Cancellation, unless I, Michelle, am the one that has to cancel the event.
The facility will be locked on Friday Night and will reopen to vendors Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m.
Advertising: Posters will be hung around Broadus and an ad will be placed in the local newspaper. We will also create a Facebook Event page where we encourage you to add photos of your products. If anyone is going outside of Broadus and would like to hang up any posters, please make note in your application and I would be more than happy to get you some posters.
Refreshments: I will be supplying small refreshments on Friday & Saturday. There will be an organization/individual serving dinner/appetizers on Friday evening and lunch on Saturday, both for a small fee.
